LTF4
Automatic cutting centre for PVC
The profteQ LTF4 ensures high-speed cutting performance, processing up to four glazing beads per cycle. The double profile-pushing carriage with independent slides guarantees precision and productivity, while the controlled-axis glass simulation system significantly reduces manual setup time. An optional 90° blade unit further increases application flexibility.
LMO45
Automatic machining and screwing centre for pre-cut PVC profiles with metal reinforcement
The profteQ LMO45 is an automatic centre designed for drilling, milling and screwing operations on pre-cut PVC profiles with inserted metal reinforcement. The rotating machining unit allows easy adaptation to different profile types, while the large 220 × 150 mm workpiece passage ensures versatility across a wide range of applications.
Designed for high productivity and industrial efficiency, the machine can process multiple profiles in a single cycle, simplifying operator activities and reducing setup times. Optional configurations include additional drilling units and multi-spindle modules to expand functionality according to specific production requirements.
