On October 2nd and 3rd, Cattolica hosted the first edition of the World Fom Days, an international event that brought together, for the first time, representatives from the 14 wholly owned Fom subsidiaries around the world. Each subsidiary is managed by local staff, directly trained at the company’s headquarters — a clear demonstration of the group’s ongoing commitment to spreading shared skills, values, and corporate culture.

Guided by the concept “Get inspired and inspire others,” the meeting marked a key moment for strategic alignment and exchange across the entire Fom network. Over the course of the two days, participants engaged in sessions focused on presenting future plans, discussing global development strategies, and sharing experiences and best practices.

The atmosphere was highly participative and collaborative: team spirit and shared motivation emerged stronger than ever, confirming everyone’s commitment to move forward as one toward common goals. This year’s theme — “One Team. One Race.” — perfectly captured the energy and determination that defined the entire event.

In addition to the work sessions, the event also served as an opportunity to showcase the excellence and beauty of the Romagna region to international colleagues, many of whom chose to rediscover it as a vacation destination — just as many Fom clients have done.
