For the 2025–2026 biennium, Fom has launched a comprehensive internal training plan distinguished by the high quality of its content, the personalization of learning paths, and the careful selection of instructors. All trainers are independent professionals chosen for their proven expertise and sector-specific experience.

The initiative includes over 120 hours of training delivered through specialized modules, engaging 260 employees from different business areas and guiding them on a path of continuous growth. The program covers key operational and strategic areas of the organization:

- Time & Methods: optimization of production cycles, performance analysis, and waste reduction based on Lean principles.

- Leadership and Soft Skills: development of managerial roles, relational skills, team motivation, and organizational climate management.
- Problem Solving: analytical and creative approaches to problem resolution, with techniques such as the 8D method and Lean Six Sigma.
- Production and Procurement Planning: advanced tools for operations control, scheduling, and supplier negotiation.
