5-axis interpolated gantry machining centre for milling, drilling and tapping large aluminium and steel profiles. 22 kW electric spindle, flexible configuration, cut-and-separate mode, LOLA-ready, and the ability to machine on 6 sides.  Additional cutting unit with a 650 mm blade available.

FSTCam4 is the only CAM package processing extruded aluminium elements that manages design, start of manufacture, work list and running in a single application. FSTCam4 uses advanced machining strategies to optimize times and ensure piece quality. FSTCam4 is suitable for Fom Digital service.

  • Additional 4-axis controlled cutting unit

    Cut the profiles without changing the tool, while ensuring exceptional performance. The 650 mm blade with 7,5 kW power rating cuts through large sections quickly, while maintaining a smooth feed rate.

  • Up to 6 profile sides

    Work on 6 sides from a single position. Rigid tapping always available.

  • Accurate and stable

    Optimised base, gantry portal with dual X-axis motors. This ensures optimum support, resulting in minimal tool wear and high-quality results. Patented X RAISE clamps available as optional to automatically raise the clamping surface and provide continuous support across the entire profile section.
