FMC Serie 4 – 5 assi

The FMC 445 and FMC 475 are 5-axis interpolated CNC machining centres for machining aluminium or steel profiles (up to 300×270 mm on 5 sides). They can be used to process both single pieces and medium-to-large batches, and they feature advanced capabilities such as multi-piece machining, X-PAL and a tool integrity testing system.

FSTCam4 is the only CAM package processing extruded aluminium elements that manages design, start of manufacture, work list and running in a single application. FSTCam4 uses advanced machining strategies to optimize times and ensure piece quality. FSTCam4 is suitable for Fom Digital service.

Compact quick-adjustment vices, with central rollers and lowered pads for optimal clamping on any shape. Construction quality combined with an automatic positioning mechanism for minimal set-up times. Clamping pressure software adjustment to prevent deformation of lightweight profiles.

X-PAL and multifunction LED bar

They assist the operator during the loading/processing stage and display the cycle progress. The LED indicator clearly shows the machine’s status.
