FMC Serie 3

The FMC 340 and FMC 370 are fully automated, 4-axis interpolated CNC machining centres for machining aluminium and steel profiles (up to 300×270 mm on 2 sides).

Both models offer flexible workstation configurations, with options for single working area, pendular (FMC 370) or multi-piece operation. At the heart of the technology is the 7 kW liquid-cooled electric spindle, combined with compact, rigid heads that can be used to machine 5 sides of the profile with excellent quality results.

Patented smart features streamline the workflow and optimise cycle times, taking productivity to a whole new level.

FSTCam4 is the only CAM package processing extruded aluminium elements that manages design, start of manufacture, work list and running in a single application. FSTCam4 uses advanced machining strategies to optimize times and ensure piece quality. FSTCam4 is suitable for Fom Digital service.

Configurable multi-piece work area

The double pneumatic stroke and the optional stroke system allows you to process multiple pieces simultaneously in multi-piece mode (up to 5 pieces, based on the configuration)
