FMC Serie 1

The FMC 120 is a 3+1-axis CNC machining centre with a pneumatically rotary table, designed for drilling, milling and tapping operations on aluminium and steel profiles. Despite its compact size, this high-performance system features minimal lubrication, manual 6-position tool magazine, and electric spindle with a quick-release tool holder provided as standard. The wide range of options available makes it a flexible and scalable solution.

FSTCam4 is the only CAM package processing extruded aluminium elements that manages design, start of manufacture, work list and running in a single application. FSTCam4 uses advanced machining strategies to optimize times and ensure piece quality. FSTCam4 is suitable for Fom Digital service.

Optimised lubrication system

The FMC 120 can include an optimised lubrication system, based on the type of machining and material processed. Choose between minimal pure oil lubrication, continuous-flow coolant with a water-oil emulsion, a specific lubricant for flow-drilling, or cooled air for dry machining

Double pneumatic stroke

The two manually or pneumatically operated tables allow you to process two pieces in X simultaneously, doubling down on efficiency

Smart tool magazine

6 standard manual positions, with the option of a 5-position automatic tool change on the rotary table.
