Founded in 2000 in Montecosaro (MC), in the Marche region, Damiano Latini is an Italian company specializing in the design and production of aluminum and plastic solutions for the furniture industry and the residential sector.
The company’s manufacturing activity involves working on aluminum products for use as kitchen under-cabinet solutions or furniture components for living and bathroom areas, created according to Made in Italy principles. The challenge
Over the years, Damiano Latini has grown from a small company into a well-established industrial structure, with a team dedicated to developing design solutions for furniture.
As Pierdamiano Latini, company President, explains: “From a small company we have become a solid reality, with 25 people working diligently on a project: creating something important in the field of design.”
The main challenge was twofold: on one hand, managing aluminum processing with high standards of precision and quality; on the other, adapting production to the specific needs of each client, reducing lead times, waste, and reliance on external suppliers. As highlighted by the technical team, the goal was therefore to build an in-house production process that combines productivity, precision, and flexibility.
The solution

As Dino Fiacconi, Management Engineer, explains: “We introduced the production department through the acquisition of the Alva 55 sawing machine and the FMC 120.”

In less than a year, the integration of the FMC 470 machining centre completed the production cycle and reduced reliance on external contractors.
