Steel is a double-head, downward-cutting sawing machine designed for cutting steel and stainless steel profiles. It can cut up to 5-meter long profiles in a continuous and reliable way. The machine is fitted with 350 mm diameter HSS blades, an emulsion oil cooling system and a blade-tooth cleaning system with steel brushes, ensuring a stable process even during the most demanding operations. With the integrated numerical control system, you can import the cutting lists from the Internet or from a flash drive, to organize production.

Simple order management
With the built-in numerical control system with a 7” touchscreen monitor, you can import the cutting lists from the Internet or from a flash drive. With this software, you can manage the profile database, enter the lists manually, automatically compensate for the profile’s height, and count the pieces.

The machine head movement is stable and the blade feed smooth, to reduce vibrations and irregularities while cutting. This results in a cleaner, more consistent and easier-to-manage finish, even on different profiles.
