Moxie

Moxie is a double-head, down-feed blade sawing machine, delivering a flexible, user-friendly, and controlled-cut experience. Manually controlled head tilt and rotation, and mobile head positioning available in two configurations: automatic in the M version, or manual with a position display in the V version. Its Ø 400 mm Widia blades can cut up to 4 or 6-meter profiles, to adapt it to many production applications.

    Pneumatic blade feed combined with hydraulic speed control. With this solution, you can adjust the tool’s feed rate to suit the characteristics of the profile to be machined.

Profile support

Retractable pneumatic intermediate supports and a mobile head roller table are available on request, to support even longer profiles.

Minimum cutting capacity

A manual stopper (available as optional accessory) can significantly reduce the minimum cutting length.

Stable clamping

Pneumatic vices keep the profile stable during the cutting cycle.

Work management

In the M version, you can save profiles, offset extrusion tolerances, and import cutting lists from the office with Compact Flash.
