FMC serie sei is a machining centre with 5 interpolating axes to machine aluminium profiles on 5 faces.
HSK E63 22 KW 24000 rpm liquid-cooled electrospindle allows the production of custom machined and milled elements. According to the configuration chosen it is possible to carry out single area, double area or pendular, multi-piece machining (up to 8 pieces with X PAL). 6 versions are available according to the length of the machine bed and whether or not cutting unit X2 is present.

Highlights:

• FU500: the FU 500 machining unit with 5 controlled axes carries out milling, boring, head machining, end machining, rigid tapping, cuts and pyramid cuts
• 32 location tool magazine. An additional location is present to house the Ø500mm blade
• X2: additional cutting unit with 4 controlled axes, Ø650mm blade with 7.5 kW blade motor (available on FMC 6 X2 versions)
