Polistamp Infissi: industrial evolution through innovation and tailor-made solutions
Founded in 1978 in the heart of Tuscany, in the Casentino valley, Polistamp Infissi began as a manufacturer of sandwich panels for industrial prefabricated buildings.
Over the years, through continuous investment in innovation and research, the company has expanded its product portfolio to include refrigeration solutions, aluminium and PVC window and door systems and, more recently, Off-Site Bathroom solutions.
Today, the company’s window and door division serves both the industrial and residential sectors, providing a complete turnkey service, from design through to the installation of windows, doors and curtain wall systems.
The challenge
As the company expanded and diversified its product lines, increasing production capacity, precision and automation became essential, while maintaining high quality standards and operational flexibility.
The key challenge was to develop a manufacturing process capable of supporting an increasingly complex production facility by integrating reliable, scalable technologies to sustain the company’s industrial growth.
The solution
To support this evolution, Polistamp Infissi equipped its production facility with a machine fleet entirely based on Fom Industrie solutions, including 12 systems comprising cutting lines, Blitz and Alva sawing machines, and machining centres covering every stage of the manufacturing process.
As Fabio Cappelletti, Production Manager, explains: “Today our workshop is fully equipped with Fom machines. We have a total of 12.”
The introduction of the LMT 65 line marked another significant step forward, delivering:
