Sealant MCE is an automatic sealer designed to apply polyurethane sealants to profiles. It automatically applies the sealant in a single command. By adjusting the sealant thickness, it can be adapted to several production applications. It is compatible with standard cartridges and has a compact size, making it easy to integrate in frame assembly stations.

Sealant MCE measures 260 × 513 × 750 mm and weighs 20 kg. With such a compact size, this sealing station can be set up even in small spaces.

Workstation accessories

The machine can be fitted with a support stand, available also as a flat-pack kit. Packs of 12 or 40 polyethylene rolls, and crate packaging for transport are also available as optional add-ons.
