Ever

Ever is a range of automatic 4-head crimping machines for sealing window and door frames corner edges. Tool positioning by controlled axes, to work on all four corner edges simultaneously, by adjusting the unit from the touch-screen panel for consistent results. The range includes the Ever Theta version, with manual loading and unloading. The Ever Theta C version, with compact automatic loading and unloading station. And the Ever Theta A version, with separate automatic loading and unloading stations. Three configurations designed to meet different automation, space and production continuity requirements.

Ever can chamfer four frame edges in a single cycle, reducing the movements required and making the process faster, tidier and more repeatable. Controlled tool positioning minimises the need for manual adjustments, for precise windows, doors and curtain walls installation. Available in three different configurations, to choose the automation level best suited to your workflow between: a manual workstation for maximum operational simplicity, a compact automatic workstation to optimise space, or separate automatic loading and unloading to ensure production continuity. Touchscreen control, data transmission and perimeter guards help you work with greater control. And with the range of sizes available, you can handle different frames with a consistent and reliable solution.

  • Four or two corner edges in a single cycle

    The four heads crimp the frame at the same time. Two-head operation may be activated when the applications require it.

  • Configurable automation

    Manual loading and unloading, compact automatic bench or separate automatic benches. The automatic unloading bench can be fitted with a tilt and turn mechanism to make handling easier.

  • Repeatable accuracy

    The tools are positioned using controlled axes and operated from a touch-screen panel.

  • Broad processing capacity

    Crimping height between 2 to 160 mm with standard blades. The maximum height can be increased to 200 mm or 260 mm.

The four heads work simultaneously on the frame corner edges, reducing the number of intermediate steps and the number of times the workpiece needs to be moved. Automatic cycle to make production smoother and more consistent.

Versatile

Ever is designed for windows, doors and curtain walls manufacturing. The minimum frame dimensions are 400 × 400 mm, and the maximum dimensions range from 2600 × 1100 mm to 2600 × 5600 mm, based on the version.
