M\u00f3dena) que en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os ha revolucionado el mercado de las m\u00e1quinas para la producci\u00f3n de cerramientos en PVC.<\/p>\n<p>Fom Group potencia as\u00ed su posici\u00f3n de <strong>liderazgo en el mercado mundial<\/strong>, con la capacidad de presentar una oferta transversal de productos de alt\u00edsimo nivel tecnol\u00f3gico para la producci\u00f3n de cerramientos de aluminio y PVC. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 FOM Industrie srl, con su sede central en Cattolica (prov. Rimini), nace en 1972 gracias a la intuici\u00f3n de Gianfranco Pettinari y Franco Sparaventi. Posteriormente ingresan a la empresa los socios Nello Andreani y Lorenzo Paci. FOM Industrie srl ha sabido renovarse constantemente, creciendo hasta alcanzar hoy una cobertura comercial en todo el mundo, con 10 filiales directas y 35 distribuidores oficiales.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Graf Synergy srl<\/strong>, empresa joven y din\u00e1mica con un volumen de negocios de 25 millones de euros y una plantilla de 70 empleados, ha conquistado en poco tiempo una posici\u00f3n privilegiada en el mercado de los cerramientos de PVC. Esta operaci\u00f3n llevar\u00e1 al nuevo Grupo a alcanzar un doble objetivo, por un lado la cobertura capilar del territorio, por otro garantizar un surtido de gama \u00fanico, sin igual en todo el mundo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Se trata de instalaciones convencionales y automatizadas para cerramientos de aluminio (AL), instalaciones para el acoplamiento de perfiles de corte t\u00e9rmico, punzonadoras neum\u00e1ticas, m\u00e1quinas e instalaciones con tecnolog\u00eda V Perfect para la producci\u00f3n de cerramientos en PVC y sistemas software para una gesti\u00f3n optimizada de los establecimientos<\/strong>. Las dos gamas de productos (AL y PVC) perfectamente integradas y la distribuci\u00f3n exclusiva de la marca V Perfect se consolidan como las ventajas competitivas del Grupo.<\/p>\n<p>Alessandro Pettinari, CEO del Grupo Fom, junto a Gianfranco y Giampaolo Ferranti, CEOs de GS, gracias a un volumen de negocios de 110 millones de euros y 500 empleados, 100 de los cuales distribuidos en las sedes extranjeras, est\u00e1n listos para lanzar un programa trienal de expansi\u00f3n que habr\u00e1 un impacto seguro en los actuales equilibrios del mercado mundial del cerramiento.
