The successful candidate will be responsible for industrial management control activities, supporting the monitoring of the economic performance of Operations and contributing to the analysis of production results and industrial profitability.<\/p>\n

The role involves close collaboration with the Management Control Manager and the Production, Process Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations functions, providing reliable analyses to support decision-making processes and the continuous improvement of company performance.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Analyse industrial costs and the main economic drivers of production processes.
    \n\u2022 Monitor the economic performance of the plant, departments and cost centres.
    \n\u2022 Analyse variances against budget, forecast, standards and company targets, identifying their causes and proposing corrective actions.
    \n\u2022 Support the preparation of the industrial budget and periodic forecasts.
    \n\u2022 Prepare periodic reports for Management and Operations functions.
    \n\u2022 Prepare economic analyses and summaries to support the decision-making process.
    \n\u2022 Monitor key industrial KPIs, analysing their performance and contributing to the identification of improvement opportunities.
    \n\u2022 Use ERP systems, Microsoft Excel and Business Intelligence tools to extract, analyse and consolidate data.
    \n\u2022 Collaborate with Production, Process Engineering and Supply Chain in interpreting economic and production performance.
    \n\u2022 Support the identification of inefficiencies and opportunities to improve industrial profitability.
    \n\u2022 Ensure the reliability and consistency of the data used for analysis and reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The position is open to candidates who meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or equivalent disciplines.
      \n\u2022 At least 5 years of experience in Industrial Management Control, Industrial Controlling or Operations Controlling roles.
      \n\u2022 Good knowledge of industrial accounting, cost analysis and management control principles.
      \n\u2022 Experience in preparing budgets, forecasts and management reporting.
      \n\u2022 Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
      \n\u2022 Experience using ERP systems and data analysis tools.
      \n\u2022 Strong analytical, data interpretation and problem-solving skills.
      \n\u2022 Ability to collaborate with operational and industrial functions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The following qualifications will be considered a plus:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Experience gained in manufacturing or metalworking companies.
        \n\u2022 Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI).
        \n\u2022 Knowledge of English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
